This small copper and brass flask is in near mint condition with a very pleasing brown lacquer tone to the copper body, medium untouched patina to the brass collar and spout, and vibrant blue to the spring on top. The body is the conventional bag shape, but with flat faces. The name “Sykes” is impressed lengthwise on one side near the top. The spout is a tapering cone in form. There is just one slight dent under the name. This would have been part of a European cased set of muff or small pocket pistols and displays very nicely. [sr] [ph:m]
