This Bond is numbered 1,319 and was issued on the 6th of January 1863. It is imprinted by “B. Duncan Columbia S.C.” and has a vignette portrait of George W. Randolph. Also has twenty five coupons intact. This is a type 88 in the book CS Bonds by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.” [ws] [ph:L]
