Book is hardcover and bound in blue cloth with the title on the spine. Covers are in good condition showing only minor wear. It meas. approx. 5.00 x 8.25 inches and runs 513 pages with index.
Interior binding is good but the page edges have yellowed with age. First few pages bear library discard marks. First page has a name and “PRIVATE PROPERTY” in period ink. [ad][ph:L]
