Knife meas. approx. 10.00 inches overall. The blade has a clipped point. It meas. approx. 5.25 inches long. It is marked just forward of the guard on one side “U.S.N. MARK 1” in two lines while the opposite side reads “PAL RH35.” Blade is fairly clean with only light signs of sharpening. Blade does not have any nicks. Handle is in very good condition. Leather scabbard is very good and shows only light wear from use. All stitching is tight and the leather tab and snap is also good. Written lightly down the back of the scabbard is “CAPT. KAUFMAN.” This is a very nice example of a used WW2 fighting knife.
