Vest is in nice shape, it shows some use wear and is dirty in spots. Vest looks to be complete with some frying, this is a type of tear at the bottom of the inflation hose. There is a nice machine sewn tag in it that is very legible. There looks to be the pilot’s last name written on it under the tag.  [gr][ph:L]
