We have taken in a small quantity of vintage US Model 1903 Springfield Pedersen Magazine Pouches. Like the ones pictured, all are in nice unused condition.
They are made of Khaki web construction and date from World War 1, each is 9 inches tall with internal dividers to carry the magazines for the conversion to automatic fire of the Mark 1 converted 1903 rifles. This device was never fully adopted so the pouches we have are likely unissued old stock.
Most are marked “R. I. A.” for Rock Island Arsenal and date to 1919 or 1920. [ad] [ph:L]
