Classic WW1 campaign hat with a wide brim and the “Montana” style peak. Brim has five parallel rows of stitching around the edge. Interior has original leather sweatband that is unmarked. It exhibits some light discoloration but is in excellent condition otherwise. The base of the crown is missing the usual green hatband but does have a nice red artillery hat cord.
The hat is free of any insect damage and shows only light surface dirt from age and storage.
