Banner has white circle with swastika at center of a red field. The flag is outlined with a white cloth border while the bottom edge has twisted cloth fringe. Banner is shield shaped and is only printed on one side. Each corner has a mounting ring. Banner meas. approx. 30.00 inches across the top and 36.00 inches from the top edge to the tip of the point on the bottom. The cloth is in good condition and is very clean; there is a tear measuring approx. ½” in length extending from the upper edge of the flag, near the upper left mounting ring.  Just to the left of that tear are 4 small vertical tears, parallel to each other and approx. ¼” in length.  Also in this area are a few small pinholes. Otherwise, overall the cloth is in good condition and is very clean.
