Flag is in the shape of a pennant. Top edge is made of wrapping the material of the flag around a wooden stick and then punching a hole for hanging on a wall. Top has blue field with stars and spread-winged eagle. Below this are red and white stripes with “WELCOME HOME.” Item meas. approx. 15.75 across the stop and is approx. 29.50 inches long. Item is in good clean condition. There is one fold line approx. 9.25 inches from the point.
