This is the July 29, 1918 copy of “TREAT ‘EM ROUGH” the magazine of the tank school at Camp Colt in Gettysburg during WW1. Cover has an outstanding drawing of a Mark VII tank in combat with all its guns blazing. Upper right corner of the cover is slightly chipped. Opposite page 16 is a photo supplement with a picture of the camp officers which includes Dwight Eisenhower, later Commander of US Forces in WW2 and President of the United States. The magazine runs 38 pages and is full of cartoons, news stories about the camp and the units there and a few photos. Nice overall condition.
