Volume was published in 1927 by the United States Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. The book meas. approx. 6.00 x 9.00 inches and runs 845 pages. Volume is hardbound in red cloth with the title in gold on the spine. Covers have minor edge wear and light surface dirt.
Interior binding is good. Front and back hinges are good. Pages edges have browned some with age but are otherwise clean.
The book lists winners of the subject named medals with the text of their citations. The text is divided by medal with the holders being listed alphabetically.
Folded inside the book is a period tissue paper copy of an order presenting the Bronze Star to a soldier in Korea.
