Modern black frame meas. approx. 13.25 x 16 with glass on both sides so that both the front and back of the item can be seen.
Frame contains a booklet and 24 stamps for employee insurance. The green outer card is filled out for a Molly Johanna Stevens of 281 Herman Goering Street in a town whose name is too difficult to read. She was born on 4 September 1889 and began getting the insurance stamps in March of 1942 and continued paying for them until May 31. 1944 where the booklet ends.
Bottom of the frame has a plastic label that reads “WW2 NAZI GERMAN WAR SAVING STAMPS.”
The stamps and the outer booklet are in excellent condition. [ad] [ph:L]
