Known as a “GENERALGOUVERNEMENT KENNKARTE” this identity card was a tri-folding document made of heavy paper stock or cardboard. The card is for a citizen of occupied Poland and is printed in both German and Polish.
This identity card is for Lofja Mariarcryk who was from Zlojec, Zamose, Lublin, Poland and was born May 9, 1907. Her card was issued to her on October 10, 1943 and is stamped by the Police. The card was good for five years.
The card also shows that Lofja was a housewife. The middle inside section of the card bears her photograph and finger prints.
Card is in very nice condition with dark ink entries. Surface shows very light signs of age and storage. [ad]
