Large top bar is in the shape of the state of Arkansas. At center are crossed, drooping Confederate Battle flag and 3rd National flag. Both are enameled. The Battle flag has some minor color loss. At center, above flags, is the dome of the state capitol building with the rays of a sunrise behind it. Wording on the top bar reads "21ST REUNION LITTLE ROCK MAY 16-17-18." Suspended from this top bar is a cross superimposed over a laurel wreath with a bust of a Confederate General at center surrounded by a enameled red sunburst. Below this is "P. R. CLEBURNE 1911" while around the arms of the cross is "UCV." Pink on back is broken and the badge surfaces are a little dark from age.
