Top bar has pin on back. Face of bar has scrollwork design around edges. At center is stamped “DELEGATE.” Suspended from the top bar is a red, white and blue ribbon with gold lettering that reads “DELEGATE, GAR JUNE 9-10-11 1926.” Attached to the bottom of the ribbon is a circular medal in the form of a cannon wheel. At center of the wheel is a GAR star surrounded by a laurel wreath with a scroll below that reads “JACKSON.” Around the edge of the wheel is “ALLIED WAR VETERANS JUNE 1926-THE HUB OF MICHIGAN.” There is a very small tear in the ribbon about a 0.50 inch above the medal otherwise it is in good condition.
