This is a two-piece bronze-colored metal pin. A memento of the 1899 National Encampment at Philadelphia.
Shape of the pin is the Liberty Bell with an eagle on top. A gold color G.A.R. star device is applied to the lower, bell portion. A brass spring pin is attached to the back. Measures approximately 1.5” wide x 2.5” long.
