Top bar consists of the Seal of the State of California flanked by California poppies surmounted by a riband that reads “LOS ANGELES, CAL. 1912” topped by a walking bear.
The drop has the GAR seal at center within a laurel wreath supported by crossed US flags with the letters “GAR” intertwined at center.
Reverse of the drop has raised lettering that reads “OFFICIAL SOUVENIR BADGE.” [AD] [ph:L]
