Badge is made of three rectangular bars linked by chain with a round drop wrapped within a laurel wreath. The top bar is surmounted by a spread-winged eagle. The bar reads “DELEGATE” with the second bar reading “38th ANNUAL” and the third reads “ENCAMPMENT.”
The drop at the bottom holds a bust of the unnamed Department Commander surrounded by DEP’T OF N.Y. GAR-ROCHESTER JUNE 14-15-04.”
Behind the four pieces of the badge hangs a red ribbon approx. 4.25 inches long.
Original pin is present on the reverse as is the original maker’s label on the ribbon.
