Brass badge measures 2.25” x 1.5” overall. Top bar features the word “SOUVENIR” split by a shield with American flag in center. Has a spring pin soldered to the back. A G.A.R. style star-shaped badge is suspended by two small links from the top portion. Badge reads, “G.A.R. / STATE REUNION / SEPT 26-30 / TOPEKA CANIVAL / 1898”.
