This powder blue ribbon meas. approx. 2.00 inches wide x 7.00 inches long. Printed diagonally on the ribbon in black ink is “PENNSYLV’A 28th ENCAMPMENT.” The original pin remains at top while the bottom is sealed with a piece of white metal edging.
Ribbon is in good condition with just some light surface dirt. [ad]
