Top hangar is a brass spread-winged eagle with pin on reverse. Suspended from this is a silk ribbon with red, white and blue flag design. Drop is the standard star shaped G.A.R. brass medal. Entire length measures 3 ¼”. Some light surface dirt is present.    [SM]
