1 3/8” x 3 ½” blue silk ribbon attached to 2 ¼” x 5” gold ribbon with fabric covered button at top. No pin device attached. “GAR” design at top in gold with a large “1” at center, and “MEADE POST PHILADELPHIA”. Below in faded gold lettering is “14TH PA. / CAVALRY”.
Overall good condition; blue silk ribbon is somewhat brittle with a few small tears.
