White ribbon meas. approx. 2.50 inches wide x 6.50 inches long with blur lettering that reads “LEE MONUMENT UNVEILING COMPLIMENTS OF R. E. LEE CAMP NO. 1 CONFEDERATE VETERANS RICHMOND, VA. MAY 29TH, 1890.”
The artwork at center of the ribbon consists of a black and white drawing of the monument flanked by full color Confederate battle flags and Confederate Third National flags.
Colors are bright but the ribbon does have scattered light staining otherwise it is in nice shape.
Ribbon comes housed in a modern wood frame laid on a red felt backing. Frame meas. 6.75 x 10.75 inches.
Ribbon is NOT glued to the mat and can easily be removed if desired. [ad] [ph:L]
