Ribbon is divided vertically by color. One half is red and the other half is blue. It meas. approx. 1.75 inches wide x 3.25 inches long. It is suspended from a stamped brass frame with a hollow center for holding a name tag. Pin is still present on reverse.

The face of the ribbon has gold lettering that reads “41^ST ANNUAL REUNION NAT’L SOC’Y ARMY OF THE PHILIPPINES PHILA, PA AUGUST 11-14 1940.” Lettering is strong and in good condition with only small amounts of wear.

Suspended from the ribbon is a circular drop made of brass with an a raised rendition of Independence Hall at center surmounted by the word “PHILADELPHIA” with “INDEPENDENCE HALL” below it.

Ribbon is very clean overall and in nice condition.  [ad] [ph:jet]
