Ribbon is divided vertically by color. One half is red and the other half is blue. It meas. approx. 1.75 inches wide x 3.25 inches long. It is suspended from a stamped brass frame with a hollow center for holding a name tag. Pin is still present on reverse.
The face of the ribbon has gold lettering that reads “41ST ANNUAL REUNION NAT’L SOC’Y ARMY OF THE PHILIPPINES PHILA, PA AUGUST 11-14 1940.” Lettering is strong and in good condition with only small amounts of wear.
Suspended from the ribbon is a circular drop made of brass with an a raised rendition of Independence Hall at center surmounted by the word “PHILADELPHIA” with “INDEPENDENCE HALL” below it.
