Large wing-spread eagle at top with wreath and shield. “US” flag ribbon suspending a motif of crossed sword, rifle, anchor and cannon barrel below which is suspended a cross with each branch with “CUBA/PUERTO RICO/U.S.A./PHILLIPINE ISLANDS”. Center with soldiers with “Spanish War Veterans 1898-1907” surrounding. Reverse side with Corps insignia “UNITED” and N/E/S/W for compass points. Nice condition.
Serial number on reverse, “13531”. A brief amount of internet research indicates that the numbers on this particular type of medal are not traceable.
