Stained white satin ribbon has heavy black printed borders and black lettering that reads “IN MEMORY OF OUR PRESIDENT LINCOLN TO-DAY IS FIRST IN THE HEARTS OF HIS COUNTRYMEN.” The name “LINCOLN” is framed with a scrollwork design.
The ribbon meas. approx. 2.50 inches wide x 6.25 inches long. It is in good condition but it appears that someone has spilled coffee or tea on it as it is heavily stained.
