This is a very tall pair of leather boots with pegged soles and heels.
The body of the boot is made of three pieces. The front piece runs from the toe to the side of the ankle and then slightly up the front with a scalloped tab in a decorative fashion. The second piece forms the heel, again with a short, scalloped tab sewn up the back. The “upper” portion of the boot is a single piece with seam sewn up the back. Both boots have woven cotton straps to pull up the boots.
The leather is in very nice condition. There are creases from being worn and some wear and fold lines. The soles and heels show wear. The boots measure 24” tall and the sole is 11” toe to heel.
A very tall and fine pair of leather boots. [jet][ph:L]
