Boots are calf high with pegged soles and heels.
The body of the boots are in good condition. The leather shows creases from wear and there is some surface dirt but otherwise the leather is nice. They are definitely a left and right pair. The right boot has an original old repair to the toe. All seams are tight.
Both boots have carpet material pulls near the top.
The soles and heels show light wear.
This style of boot is seen in many period photos and would work well with any Civil War display. [ad]
