This is a pair of captain of infantry shoulder straps that was made into 1st lieutenant’s straps. They measure approximately 4” x 1 ½”. These are single bordered, infantry straps. The bullion embroidered borders are in good condition with good, age appropriate tarnishing. The blue fields show light fading and wear but retain good sky blue color. The embroidered thread (gold and silver) and spiral wire edges remain in very good condition.
