These matching pair of shoulder straps each have a thick single border of bullion thread with an inner and outer jaceron border of twisted bullion thread. The rank field at center is black velvet with an oak wreath at center flanked on each side by a single bullion thread bar outlined in twisted bullion. The thread has darkened with age but otherwise they are in excellent condition.
