Woven wool enlisted hat cord with 2-inch tassels. Originally meant for the Hardee/Jeff Davis hat, but was worn with just about any slouch hat, Union or Confederate. Yellow for Cavalry service.

Good condition; body of the cord has faded in color and shows minor wear & soiling.  [ld][ph:L]
