Typical eight-sided, pyramid shaped inkwell with an extended round neck. This is typical style for Civil War use.

This example is in very nice shape with no chips or cracks and a nice pontil on the base. Nice aqua color to the glass.

Written on the bottom is, “17th Mass. Camp / New Bern, N.C. / 1985”.
