Plate has a deep and somewhat rounded indentation on its face. The force of the impact pushed through to the back where the lead fill is pushed out and cracked.
Otherwise, the face of the plate is in good condition with a good “US” and a mixed brown and green patina with light scattered surface rust.
The reverse has 100% of the lead fill with the aforementioned bulge and crack. Attachment loops are rusted. One is complete the other is broken. [ad][ph:L]
