CIVIL WAR TOURNIQUET BUCKLE – FROM CHANCELLORSVILLE

$45.00 SOLD

Item Code: 236-492

Here is a very nice field tourniquet buckle. This has a brass frame with a roller and three-tine “fork.” Brass has smooth green patina.

This was recovered by Dean Thomas behind the trenches along Mineral Springs Road, Chancellorsville, VA. This was General Hooker’s last line of defense in that great battle. [jet] [PH:L]
