Relic brass spur complete with an iron rowel. Regulation Federal style officer’s spur with square strap brackets at ends of arms. Arms decorated with horizontal ridges and florals at the base of the neck. No inside gutter. Rowel still spins. Very nice brown/green patina with no damage.
