Excavated piece of a tree with a bullet fired into it.  This small piece of wood has a .69 caliber round ball embedded in it. Piece of wood surrounds the ball, with enough exposed to see the bullet type. Wood measures 2.5” long x 1.5” wide x 1.5” thick.  Wood remains stable.
