Excavated piece of a tree with a bullet fired into it. This small piece of wood has a .52 caliber Sharps carbine bullet embedded in it. Piece of wood is split with the bullet profile exposed. Wood measures 2.5” long x 1” wide x 1” thick. Wood remains stable.
