For the Enfield P-1853 rifle, but also used in the .58 caliber Springfield rifle musket.

This specimen is a .577 caliber Enfield, machine pressed, plug cavity. Bullet is carved and also features the initials "WRD". Very nice patina.  [jet] [ph:jet]
