Excavated Confederate musket tool. Hand forged iron tool manufactured at Richmond. Constructed of one 3.25” long arm with a box-end wrench on the end. A second piece, 3.25” long with a screw driver blade at each end is riveted to the bottom of the first.
In “dug” condition with rust and light pitting overall. A very nice example of a Confederate musket tool.
Recovered in Orange, VA. [jet] [ph:L]
