The standard ammunition for the 3-inch Parrot rifled cannon. This shell was fired but remains in decent condition. One large chip missing above sabot. This shell originally used a Bormann time fuse which is missing. A separate example of a fired Bormann fuse comes with the shell. Remains filled with lead case shot slugs.
Recovery location unknown but remains of white paint reads “1965”. [JET]
