Reference O’Donnell & Campbell Plate 004. Two piece tongue and wreath buckle. Nice, even chocolate brown patina. All details on the wreath are easily visible and the “CS” casting is good. Excavated in the Fredericksburg, VA area, this is one of the finest excavated examples we have seen.
