This relic is a thin iron plate that meas. approx. 2.50 inches across. It was originally part of the canister round used in a Wiard rifle artillery piece. It is rusted throughout but is solid. Item is slightly bent.
The Wiard rifle was not used a lot causing relics from it to be quite rare. Also, this relic comes from Shiloh, Tennessee which is a place we hardly ever get relics from. [AD]
