B. McPHERSON WAS KILLED. ATLANTA, GA.” Image shows a wooded area with a sign nailed to a tree. The sign reads “MAJ.GEN. J. B. McPHERSON, JULY 22, 1864.” Leaning against a nearby tree are two cannon wheels while one lies on the ground in the background. Just to the left of the tree with the sign is the skeleton of a horse. Contrast is clean. Light wear to surfaces.
