Carte de viste (CDV) of Federal officer in uniform. Bust view of unidentified bearded officer in single-breasted frock coat with shoulder straps. Image is slightly light in contrast.
Mount has been trimmed on all sides and corners.
No photographers back mark, but there is a period pencil notation on the back. Only a portion of which can be deciphered, “U.S.M.A. West Point, N.Y.” We were unable to make out the portion with what looks to be a name.
Potentially researchable image. [jet] [ph:jet]
