Robert W. Frazer enlisted on March 6, 1862 as a Corporal in the 5th Company of the Washington Artillery of New Orleans. Promoted to Sergeant on June 4, 1862. Wounded at Resaca on May 13, 1863. Mortally wounded on August 31, 1864 at Jonesboro and died the next day (Sept. 1).
Frazer is buried in The Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, KY.
