CDV is a waist-up view of a gentleman wearing a dark colored frock coat, vest and trousers with a white shirt and cravat.
Reverse has a photographer’s imprint which reads, “WENDEROTH & TAYLOR, LATE, BROADBENT & CO., 912, 914 & 916 CHESTNUT ST. PHILADELPHIA”. In pencil is written, “JOHN BECK”.
Image is clear and the contrast is good. Surface has some light dirt from age. Image has yellowed with age. [ad]
