CDV album has brown leather cover with gold embossed design on the front and back. Leather is in very good condition, with some wear all over, but especially on the edges and corners. Decorative printed paper lining on inside of both front and back covers. All pages are present and intact but are loose from the spine. This could easily be repaired with glue. Decorative title page has purple and gold design and reads, “PHOTOGRAPHS”. This is followed by an index page that has no writing. The edges of the pages are gold gilt which has retained its brightness. The album originally closed with two decorative gold colored metal clasps, one of which is still firmly attached, the other is missing.
Album contains no images.
Album measures approx. 6 ¼” x 5” x 2 ½”.
This is a great album for a CDV collector. [sm] [ph:L]
