Original Civil War paper image that is a little large than half a stereo photo. Image is titled “Vicinity of Fort Stedman, Petersburg, Va.” Photo is clear and in good shape. In the background is some large field works while in the foreground are 5 rifle ammunition crates with cartridges strewn all around as well as two cartridge boxes lying amongst the mess. With a magnifying glass you can read the stenciling on the ammunition crates. Image size is approx. 3.25 x 3.25 inches and already mounted ready to frame.
