The 61st National GAR Encampment was held in Grand Rapids, Michigan with approximately 38,800 in attendance. Among those attendees, is a group pictured here, enjoying a moment of celebration with drum and fife. Also pictured, are two veterans of the Blue dancing in time with the music.
