This knife, fork and spoon set was made by the Union Knife Company. All folded the item meas. approx. 4.75 inches in length. The handle of the item has walnut grips on each side. One side has a notch cut in it for folding the spoon. These wood grips are clean and in very nice shape. The spoon bowl opens and closes easily and has a light patina to its surface. The bowl itself has some spots of discoloration from age. The shank of the bowl shows wear from having been folded and opened repeatedly. Any marking that was there has worn off. When folded the bowl straddles the walnut grip. The end opposite the spoon has a folding knife blade. This blade is approx. 3.50 inches long. The edge has a moderate nick in the area closest to the handle. There is also a small nick near the point. The shank is marked Union Knife Co. The knife also moves freely. The last piece is a two-pronged fork. This fork moves freely and is marked on the shank “Army Knife Union.” This item is in very good condition.
